FF Steel is looking to hire a Deputy Manager of HR (Production Units). BBA or MBA candidates can apply for these vacancies. Candidates must fulfill the experience criteria outlined in the Career Notice.

This position requires strong communication abilities as well as expertise with Microsoft Office. Additionally, travel to Lahore will be necessary every quarter or as needed. Preference will be given to individuals who have worked in manufacturing units/plants.

This individual will oversee the entire employee life cycle management spectrum, encompassing talent acquisition, probationary periods, performance appraisals, disciplinary proceedings, handling employee grievances, managing full and final settlements, generating HR reports, utilizing SAP HCM, monitoring KPIs, and more.
