Punjab Human Capital Investment Project has announced new jobs. Interested candidates can apply before the closing date of 16 February 2024.

Introduction to the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project:

The World Bank and the Punjab Social Protection Authority, both of which are part of the Punjab government, are funding the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project. The project’s purpose is to increase Punjab’s Human Capital Index (HCI) and related metrics, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

The project’s development goal is to enhance access to quality healthcare services, as well as economic and social inclusion programs, for poor and vulnerable households in chosen Punjab districts.

Qualifications: قابلیت

1. A least, master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education), in Development studies/ Business Administration/ Public Policy/ Social Policy/ Economics/ Public Administration/ MBBS/ Engineering or a relevant discipline, from an HEC-recognized university.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) or any other relevant certificate/ training shall be accorded due weightage. Preferably CA/ ACCA/ ACMA/ CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
3. Master’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a related area from a HEC-recognized university/institute. Furthermore, higher qualifications in the appropriate subject will be given significant weightage.

Experience: تجربہ

• At least, 10 years of documentary verifiable experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, related to planning and implementing social sector or economic development programs. Familiarity with government structure, operations and procedure.
• At least, 08 years of experience, after acquiring stipulated qualification (other than CAs), in accounting & finance Management in public or private sector.
• In the case of CA/ FCAs, at least, five years of experience, after acquiring the stipulated qualification. Out of total experience, the candidates must have at least three years’ experience in the government sector, preferably in foreign-funded projects.
• Working knowledge of the implementation of ERP, and public sector accounting with a thorough understanding of the PFM cycle, regulatory mechanism, financial modelling & Reporting will be an added advantage.

Skills: مہارت

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
3. Ability to work with any accounting program or enterprise resource planning package.
