- Endorsement of all local/import material GRN documents.
- Audit Coordination.
- Supervision of record keeping in compliance to internal control and procedures,
- Ensure effective housekeeping in in-store areas.
- I am involved in the planning of department activities e.g., Budget, OPSI, etc.
- Supervision and submission of stock position CKD on monthly Basics.
- Provided stock-level analysis and consumption reports.
- Monthly departmental reporting to management.
- To assign reports & verify the Stock position of CKD kits & Raw materials on a daily & monthly basis.
- Conduct Internal Audit.
- Responsible for ensuring the implementation of OMS ISO 9001:2015
- Provide any other duty given by the Inventory Manager.
Practical Tasks: عملی کام
- Manage & monitor Local, Third Source, SKD, and CKD activities.
- Daily cycle count to reduce inventory mismatch GP vs. Physical.
- Month-end closing activities of all material.
- Monitor Inventory transfer posting in-store.
- To provide feedback to Production/relevant Department if any ECN Materials.
- Daily analysis of consumption-issuance in the System.
- Monitor & verify Stock-level Analysis and Consumption reports.
