- Create ETL processes/jobs for extracting, transforming, and loading data from several sources into the data warehouse.
- Tune the data warehouse, ETL operations, and SQL queries for best speed and scalability.
- Design, construct, and constantly extend data pipelines through extraction, transformation, and loading operations.
- Perform statistical analysis of complicated data sets to better comprehend patterns, and correlations between variables, and to generate business intelligence insights
- Support data operations by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data problems.
- Collaborate with other development teams to connect data warehouse solutions to other enterprise platforms.
About the Skills & Knowledge
- Data Warehousing, Data Lake, and ETL Process Development, Implementation, and Support
- Data modeling, big data processing, and ETL pipelines
- SQL/TSQL/NoSQL/PLSQL, ETL, OLAP, Data Analysis and Integration
- Requirements include database capabilities in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server (SSAS/SSIS), and MySQL, as well as system interaction through web services/APIs.
- Strong SQL analytical abilities, as well as familiarity with database tuning and optimization.
