Job Responsibilities: کام کی ذمہ داریاں
Branch business development involves providing a significant rise in quality lending, deposits, and outreach. Responsible for managing a branch network of 15 to 25 locations.
Execution of the Bank’s credit and business policies, as declared from time to time.
Loan disbursement, recovery, and other business objectives for the region/branches have been met.
Provide branch leadership for business development and meeting assigned objectives in three operational activities: disbursement, recovery/NPL, and deposits.
Maintain close contact with the external environment, including agriculture sector players such as farmers, farmers’ groups, Agriculture Department Extension personnel, local Agriculture Research Institutes, Revenue staff, and agricultural input and machinery providers in the zone. Representing the Bank in Business Seminars and Conferences.
Ensure the financial efficiency and profitability of the operations and branches.
Identifying fresh prospects for branch opening and relocation.
Implementation and compliance with all SBP/Bank laws and regulations in field operations, including AML/CFT/KYC criteria.
Implementation of quality assurance standards throughout the branches.
Examine and analyze the financial and operational performance of branches.
Any additional responsibilities imposed by management.
Education & Eligibility Criteria: تعلیم اور اہلیت کا معیار
- Maximum of 10 years post-qualification experience in the financial business.
- Candidates with prior experience overseeing branch networks would be preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with a relevant Master’s Degree from a recognized university will be given preference.
